Adventure. Imagination. Authenticity. Romance. These four words explain the art and the heart of French Canadian worship artist Joel Augé (pronounced ‘o-jhay’).
As one of 11 children in a boisterous and musical family, Joel has always been exposed to various types of music. He hails from Ontario where he serves as a worship leader for The Meeting House churches. His album “On The Blue” was released by Integrity Music in 2008. It marks his solo debut following almost a decade of recording with the bands Capstone, Six Days and Hewit. His songs have been used in many tv shows such as “Whistler”, “Falcon Beach”, etc., and tv movies such as “Eight Days to Live”, “Playing House” etc. Joel was also a 2008 Covenant Award Winner. He is currently working on his next album.
