Cindy Mielke
Cindy has over 16 years of marketing and leadership experience. Since 2001, working directly with the CEO, Cindy helped build the West 49 brand to the $200 million multi-banner Canadian retailer it is today. Mielke manages West 49’s strategic partnerships in the music, gaming, and motorsports industries by developing cross-promotions with companies such as XBOX, Kraft, Subaru, and bands like Green Day. Cindy manages all events and promotions and implemented the company’s Grassroots Program and the Flow Team: 200+ armature skaters strong. Cindy previously worked at an advertising agency, various action sport companies such as Burton, and for events such as the Vans Warped Tour.
