Growing Pains: The Top Five Challenges of a Growing Youth Ministry

Has your ministry experienced rapid growth?  Do you find yourself facing youth ministry challenges that others around are not facing?  Remembering every teens’ name is no longer a possibility and now you are wondering who the new volunteer youth leader is.  Did you even interview them?  How do you care and connect with everyone? How do you keep track of all the small groups? More outside opportunities are coming your way now that your group is exploding.
