The Fertilizer Effect: Growing Leadership Skills in Your Youth (Rookie Volunteer)

Recent Canadian research shows that only 42% of local church youth ministries have a plan for student leadership development.  Wow!  Come and explore together a Biblical model for investing in young leaders, as well as some proven strategies and ideas that can help your youth get their leadership muscles in shape.  We will explore three different sources of leadership for teenagers as well as some tools that can shape them as Kingdom movers and shakers!  Don’t have a student leadership team in place?  No worries.  We will start with the basics!  Not that we are bribing you or anything, but each workshop participant will also be given a gift of an online leadership assessment tool that can be used with high school students!
