The area of supporting and maintaining youth workers is sometimes neglected in youth ministry, often leading to burnout, unfulfilled expectations and high turnover.  Come and explore different strategies for keeping your volunteers and team members fulfilled and appreciated. You’ll also learn ways to extend your own “ministry life” so you can be even more effective in your ministry. All it takes is clear expectations, a child-like faith, and a little TLC:  Training, Leadership and Care.
