Lessons from a Recovering Pharisee

You are only going to be as big in youth ministry as your own concept of God. Learn from the lessons and observations about youth ministry, leadership, being a follower of Jesus, and how we have met all the other youth ministry Pharisees, because they are…us. Who are we to Judge? Jesus defined the truth in such a way as to leave no one righteous–not one. We cannot be made right before God by being better than anyone else. Instead, we need to learn to recognize and lay aside the Pharisee in all of us.
